Notes


  • #Serve:
    • Make sure you toss the ball when you hand reaches the height of your head. That way the ball will be tossed properly(not too high or short or uneven). And you will have enough time to hit the ball. Observed that I was able to hit the ball so fast, by lying in the front, putting whole body weight on the ball.

  • #Practice:
    • 9/10/15:
    • Serve 10 times against the wall. With faults and corrects summing up till reach 10. Corrects count should be more as you go forward.
    • Forehand against the wall, do for 10 times with no faults(hitting the wall below the net level or hitting at too much height).
    • Backhand against the wall, do for 10 times till you are comfortable.
    • Do 10 times against the wall the chokes and drop shots(should be rephrased with more knowledge)
